1. Program Participation

The PetDocX Early Access Program ("Program") is offered by PetDocX in partnership with Dunedin Animal Medical Center and Community Animal Hospitals. Participation is voluntary and subject to availability. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or remove participants at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to active clients of participating veterinary clinics whose pets meet the health criteria established by the Program. You must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

3. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS communications on the application form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from PetDocX (PetDocx.com) at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include:

• Transactional messages: Application status updates, shipping notifications, weekly survey reminders, safety alerts
• Promotional messages: New product announcements, program availability, early access offers

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. SMS opt-in is not required to participate in the program.

4. Participant Obligations

By participating, you agree to:

• Administer the supplement daily for the full program duration
• Complete weekly surveys honestly
• Monitor your pet and report any adverse reactions immediately to safety@petdocx.net
• Discontinue use and contact us immediately if your pet experiences concerning symptoms

5. Disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. PetDocX supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any supplement program.
